Star Energy Safety, Health and Environment Manager, Prijo Hutomo, has been awarded the prestigious "2007 Regional Award for Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Social Responsibility" by The Society of Petroleum Engineers.

This award recognizes Prijo Hotomo's commitment to a safe and healthy workplace for all Star employees and contractor, and to ensuring that our activities have no adverse impact on the environment.

It also acknowledges the leadership role that Star Energy is taking on ensuring that a rigorous, practical safety culture becomes the overriding characteristic of the energy industry in Indonesia and throughout the region.
